We love interior design

I have always been fascinated by architecture and interior design. I gained my first big experience with interior design while working on films and TV commercials. I co-created and arranged a large number of movie sets. On that occasion, I had the opportunity to meet prestigious furniture manufacturers and get a glimpse into the process of custom-made furniture production. An integral part of my work was responsibility for the entire process of project realization, communication with foreign crew members and keeping the time and budget on schedule.

After several renovations of my own home and an intensive education in the field of interior design, my passion became my livelihood. At that time, I lived with my family in Slovakia where I started to design and realize the residential and commercial interiors.

When I returned to Prague, I wanted to continue in this field. For that reason, in January 2019 I established my own studio FLEDES. Due to the increasing number of projects, my wife joined me permanently in 2021. Together, we expanded the portfolio of our services and recruited more cooperating co-workers. Nowadays, we offer our clients complete services from design to complete realization.

We like Scandinavian design and modern minimalism, but also modern style and functionalism. We always make sure that the design and its implementation represent a joint intersection of our ideas and our client’s feelings. And despite the fact that we continuously follow new trends, we keep returning in our design to tried and tested world design icons.
