Call us and let’s set up an initial meeting. It is good to bring any documentation you have to the initial meeting if you need an apartment, room, or commercial space design. In case of furniture manufacturing, it is enough to prepare basic dimensions. Together, we will discuss your requirements, budget, and timeline. The initial meeting is free of charge. We consider it as an opportunity to establish a partnership with you.
The initial meeting is followed by preparation of a price offer. The price offer is always determined individually based on specific requirements of each client.
If we come to an agreement, we will start our intensive and creative cooperation, which will result into a complete visual design project (includes samples, materials selection, basic drawings for custom made furniture, interior items, color selection, etc.).
Realization
Realization is the key phase of every project, regardless of its scope. It is a long journey from a dream space on paper to its final appearance. We are very happy if you choose our services in this phase as well. That way we are able to manage and control the whole realization, monitor, supervise all professions on site, production of custom-made furniture, quality, price and many other aspects. We know all our workers and we guarantee the quality of their work. In case there are unexpected problems (these mostly happen during renovations), we are the ones who solve them and guarantee the whole project. The result of joint realization is your dream interior.
Construction services
If you are only interested in construction services, it is ideal to send us all project documentation you have available at this first stage. After that, we will perform an unbinding inspection and prepare estimated costs for the construction services. If interested, we will provide you with complete project documentation, including engineering services, if it is necessary to obtain a building permit to start construction. A contract is a matter of course with start and end of work timeline and the agreed scope.
